Measurement Principle
The working principle of TL-900 online thallium analyzer in water is to convert all forms of thallium (including different valence states, organic states, complex states, etc.) into the same valence state through acidification digestion, and then extract online several times after hiding other interfering ions, and then add characteristic color developer to measure the total thallium content in surface water and industrial wastewater.
Detection Process
The pre-treated water sample is injected into a special reactor by an injection pump and reacts with oxidizing reagents. All forms of thallium in the water sample are uniformly oxidized to thallium divalent ion, and then excess oxidant is reduced, and then the pH of the solution is adjusted, and the characteristic chromogenic agent is added for extraction and chromogenic reaction. The degree of color change is proportional to the total thallium concentration in the water sample, and the total thallium content in the water sample can be calculated by measuring the degree of color change.
The on-line extraction technology is used to reduce the detection line of the on-line thallium analyzer in water, so that the instrument can be used for real-time continuous monitoring of thallium concentration in various industries.
