With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, real-time monitoring and analysis of water has become an inseparable part of water quality safety. Places like pharmaceutical factories, chemical plants, electroplating plants, and sewage treatment plants must do a good job in water quality monitoring to ensure that water pollution is not caused and thus does not affect people’s lives. In this article, Hangzhou Modi will share with everyone the precautions for the system debugging of water quality analyzers.
After the water quality analyzer is installed on site, does it mean the job is done? After the staff have completed the installation and initial test of the analyzer, they still need to debug it. The debugging time must not be less than 72 hours. Every day, zero-point calibration and range calibration checks should be carried out. If the cumulative drift exceeds the specified index, the analyzer needs to be adjusted. Or if there is a malfunction of the dispatcher or the online monitoring system causing an interruption, etc., the debugging should be restarted only after it returns to normal. In addition, ensure that the data acquisition and transmission instrument and the analyzer are properly connected and can send data to the upper computer. During the trial operation period, the analyzer worked continuously for a period of time. Set the interval time and the values at which the system automatically adjusts the zero point and calibration range.
If the managers conducting water quality tests find that the water quality analyzer is inaccurate or other undesirable situations occur, they must contact the manufacturer in a timely manner and handle it promptly. Remember! When you don’t understand something, never seek medical treatment randomly or act rashly on your own. This will only add trouble to oneself.
